(adjective) – glowing or glittering with ruddy or golden light. Of a reddish colour or glow.
(I’ll try to find interesting words and then try to write a short, short scenes using those words as a challenge and also to just reinforce them in my mind)
The sword pierced his chest, its keen edge slicing through his ribcage and pinning him to the tapestry covered wall. He gasped dumbly, mouth agape. His painful moan slowly degenerated into slow, wet gurgles as rivulets of blood trickled over his lips, staining his chin with a rutilant beard of defeat.
